Is there something I should be on the look out for when looking for a slightly used one? Well besides service history, what should be on my prepurchase inspection check list?

Check to see if it has the Audi Care Easy Care package. Also have the dealership check the clutch wear to get an idea on the previous owner. Only other thing I can think of to check is the driver's seat to see how bad it has worn. Other then that, I think you will be ok as long as the service history checks out.

I've had a bunch of Audi's, and currently have a Q5 for the lady, RS4 for the winter, and a Stasis supercharged V8 R8. All are amazing in thier own right and compared to my other cars, super reliable. I traded in a Cayenne TT for the Q5. Half the HP, but so much better as a family car and way better dealerships/service in my area as the Cayenne broke... a lot. The RS4 w/ Ohlins is a great daily and the most bomber car in the snow I've ever had. No major service issues; only lots of resprays and windshields due to sand on roads. R8 SC... I can drive it on date with the wife, to soccer with the kids, or go play on track. 360CS is fun and special, the Stasis SC R8 does it all and is faster in many areas than the CS... even though it weighs a lot more. A lot. Get an depreciated V8 with an SC from Stasis and you still are under warranty at the Audi dealer, 550hp, and lighter than a V8. My two cents.
