    Default 18's or 19's for S4

Hey guys, i'm in the process of buying a 2010 s4 and was wondering if getting the 19's instead of the 18's was really worth it. What are the advantages apart from looks ? Thanks in advance

I'd go with 19's. The ideal size, IMO.

Or stick with the stock wheels, and save some money to buy an aftermarket set later.

If you live in an area with shitty roads I'd get 18's.

    I like more rubber.

19's as much as you might not predict make the car look MUCH more aggresive than on 18's, i say 19!

If you live in an area with snow, you need to decide if you want to use the 19"s as your main summer rims and get a set of aftermarket for snows. Or the other way around and get aftermarket 19"s for summer and use your stocker 18"s for snow tires.

For the $900 price difference, I'd probably get the upgraded rims and get a set of aftermarket 18"s for winter. Just a quick check on tirerack shows a winter wheel package on 18"s for ~$1,500. Even with AWD, summer tires don't work well below 40 degrees.

But if you're thinking aftermarket rims as some point, just save the money and get the 18"s.
