how do you think law enforcement uses cell phones to track movements? through GPS - courtesy of an agreement w/ the phone company that you signed that allows them to record such info.

Yepp. Most people don't read the fine print which happens to be alot of pages. The GPS, and other equipment was extra. It was part of his warranty from the product manufacturer, not mercedes. They didn't recognize the equipment but had the warranty info. They couldn't prove he was on the road or track but could prove it was doing 178 at 2:17 am and most tracks don't run in those hours. These monitor systems are NOT on production cars. I'm done.
