Thread: My car isn't even 4 weeks old and this happens...

Spark plug ceramic ftw at breaking windows... but whoever did it needs there face smashed in...

Not fun at all man... really sucks.

Not to add more bad news, but you should have the seat inspected. My escalade was broken into last month and when they smashed the window the glass scratched the seat all up and insurance had to add that cost in too.

haha you're on the spot. It was 3:15... right after MA got out. I had JUST driven by the school. I didn't see who did it because 1) I couldn't see out since the window was so shattered 2) I was in denial for a good 20 seconds so I kept driving. I was just in shock. I'm not sure if it was rock or something, all I know it was something small and circlular since that was the shape I saw right before the whole window shattered.

I'm just glad I wasn't hurt, or more parts of the car was damaged.

Yeah, thought so. thats so crazy..... I cant believe someone would do that...and such a public place, in broad daylight for that matter! Did you report it to cops? Maybe you can check the local tapes?? Cops dont like doing this cause it means potentially getting a warrant. 7/11 might be your best bet? Some people....I'll go undercover and see if i can find anything out lmfao.

This is all sorta weird cause coming home through downtown MP an hour ago i saw a BMW 5 series with shattered front windshield with a small hole in the front. I kinda thought it was a bullet hole at first, but it looks much more like your photos. maybe just random...

Really? shit maybe it's a couple kids just fvcking with random cars. Like thats weird, I saw a small hole, and then whole window just shattered.

I called the cops, but when the cop came he was like "dude I'm sorry this happened but because you didn't see anyone, I can't really do anything." Oh well. Man I really would love to get that idiot in trouble.

At least it didn't hit a body panel I guess? Still... that's a shame

Ugh this makes me sick just thinking about it. I have actually had things thrown at me while driving by highschool age kids, but nothing's ever made contact (thankfully). I'd have a really hard time if anything like this happened to me while I was driving. I'm glad no one was sitting in the passenger seat when it happened.
