    Default my Audi/Porsche RS2

    I did just decide to create a little buildthread about my weekendwarrior

    JE Pistons and Tuscan Rods and ceramic coated piston heads





    ceramic coated valves and combustion chamber





    engine block and crank from the 5cyl 2.5 TDI 1T









    mtx doubledisc sintered metal clutch





    Garrett GTX with Tial 4" turbine housing





    exhaust manifloid and turbine housing is also ceramic coated









    modificated oil pan

    this is how the enigine bay looks now:






    some more data:
    Denso 1200ccm injectors
    DTA S80 ECU
    F&F motorsports custom exhaust system with 90mm diameter (includes catalytic converter)

    dynoed with 632 hp at 1.9 bar boost
    messuared with 3.2s from 0-100km/h and 9.6s from 0-200km/h also at 1.9 bar

    my streettune is now about 2.05-2.1 bar boost

    Also I wanna thank István Farkas, with out him, this all wouldn't be possible

    632 hp was with "just" 1.9bar pressure .. now I'm runnin 2.05-2.1bar in streettune

    sweet build always loved that porsche designed audi. no other s/rs 4 ever had the same coolness factor.
    power is very impressive 632 on the wheels in combination with quattro sounds like a great combination especially in a car with only 1.6 tonnes.
    whats the third radiator inside the car for?
