Brakes are gone!
Alright guys so my brakes need to be replaced on the Vantage and I'm also looking at getting new rotors as well. Not really sure what to go with brand wise. I know I want carbon ceramic pads for sure. Rotors don't have to be carbon ceramic. The model year is 2007 so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on what kind of brake pads and rotors you want. I'm just hoping for some personal experiences from Vantage drivers on different set ups. I've done the research for all the types of pads and factored cost into them, it's just nice to have someone comment on what they thought of certain brakes so I can have a better understanding.

There is no such thing as carbon ceramic pads, but you might be asking for ceramic pads? Call us over at Hess (or PM) and we can probably help you out. There aren't a lot of options for the Vantage, but we can usually find and/or create whatever is necessary. Originally Posted by 50LID

Not as bad as you'd think. It's about $80-120 for front pads and $80-100 for rear pads. As for rotors I believe the stock set is $500 front $400 rear. Originally Posted by SBasham

Right now the local AM dealership quoted me $800 for the rotors and $150 per brake pad. And that's for the stock setup not including labour or taxes.

Those pads are cheaper than the stock pads for the damn srt8 charger I did... that is crazy.
