Yea but if you had read my earlier post you would know that the car selling for 90K would have cost me over $115,000 once it was all said and done. And there are more costs than the ones I have listed to make the car legal for Canadian roads.

    Congrats on the car!

The link doesn't show the car anymore. Which colour did you end up with? Fully loaded?

Black and yes it is fully loaded. Dealership probably took down the car from their website due to the fact it has been sold. I'll post pics once i take some with my phone and hopefully get proper shots after I'm done exams.

I'm going to put in an offer again today that I'll take the at that price but they have to do the 3M protection for me. I'm just waiting on the phone call so see if they accept. Hopefully they do.

And oh yea, I'm buying this instead of the R8 because I ran into problems with the delivery of the car so I decided to cancel the entire transaction. It was too big of a hassle.

And then there is the issue of shipping and actually going down to check out the car before the sale. All put together the price difference isn't really that substantial. And I really need to get a new car so I don't mind spending a little extra.
What are Canada laws on buyin cars from overseas like Germany and England? Im pretty sure you can get your hands on a well groomed AM V8 over in Europe minus Shipping and tax fees.

No due to weather and now some personal problems I've been having to deal with. Hopefully they get sorted out and I can get the car soon.

When you register the VIN in Canada they charge you an extra 6.1% if the car is made outside of North America regardless of where you purchase the vehicle. Only way around that is if the car has already been registered in Canada and then you buy it because the fee has already been covered by the previous owner.
