    They do not just say your entire warranty is denied because you used LC1.....

    There are many assumptions made about Nissan warranty regarding LC1. Most 09 had their transmission replaced by Nissan for free and installed LC2 which is launching with VDC and that can be used and won't void your transmission warranty.

    Just check the service history and have a dealer check for VDC off stalls which is the event caused by VDC off launch.
    Any documentation on that? From what I've found, it only monitors things like peak boost, speed, etc. Not occurrences of LC usage. A shattered diff case is evidence enough of the use of LC1, lol.

    i've seen em for 55k, i really wouldn't think 49 would be out of the question. still say scam. but definitly within the next 2yrs they'll be in the 40's.
