if your wheels are 2-3 peices wheels then you might be able to change but if they one peice cast wheels , then sell the wheels and get something that will fit ..

While it's definitely possible, there is a reason everyone has recommended against it. We don't want to rain on your parade, but it's just not safe to do, plain and simple.
Wheels are engineered with tight tolerances and approved for road use after extensive safety testing and data comparison. Modifying that design without the same expertise weakens the wheel.
I know you don't want to hear it, but the best option is to sell the wheels you have now and use the money to buy another set that you prefer with more lip from the factory.

The wheel will be weaker and I am pretty sure that it isn't safe for you to drive around like that on the road. The wheels you posted with the GTR is a 3 piece wheel where your wheels are a 1 piece. It is much more difficult for your wheel to be done. Which is why everyone who replied to this is against doing any sort of welding to your wheel and ruin such a car in the process if anything were to go wrong.

cant do it on the rims you have since they are 1 peice you can do that with steelies at any rim repair shop but what your wanting to do with a set of forged rims from japan isnt possibile as they are balanced in a way that once you do what your planning will not work.
you would be able to do that with some rim companies that - would require swaping out the barrels but most if not all are profit driven and want to sell the rims as a whole.
op what your after is you want some negative off set rims and in the catagory -10 area or more or a low offset +10-20
i'd really talk with the right nsx people on this as you might end up needed to get spacers and will eventually probably rub on the front.
