Condition of wearables? Brakes/Tires fall within CA state guidelines. Interior is in good shape, does show wear, as expected. We of course would be happy to discuss aditional reconditioning to the buyers spec's

^ Timing Belt/Water Pump is another item that should have been already done. If not, needs to be done immediately by new owner. This could be an additional $1,500-2k job.
