Thats one great looking car, and it looks like a blast to drive. Are all NSX's targa tops?

It is a blast to drive, stock is a bit on the soft, luxury older gentleman side, a proper suspension + minor bolt ons transform this very composed car into a raw MR sportscar .... Targas started in 95, but the 95-96 T models are a bit heavier with the 270hp 5 speed

In 97 Honda started to use a different grade of aluminum, thinner, stronger, + the 6speed and 290hp, bigger brakes, assisted power steering (shuts down after 20mph) ... the only down side of the Targa is that the post 97 cars have some body flex comparing with the coupes, you can get better rear strut bars and type-r front bars to stiff the chassis a bit more.

Ive sat in a couple targas and noticed that there is a lot of wind noise at highway speeds. Does your 97 have the same issue with the top? This makes me want to wait for a Zanardi to pop up somewhere soon.

Yes, after 120mph, a noise starts to come from either your right side or left side of your targa seals, or if you have really bad luck, both sides .... indeed the ideal is a 97+ coupe, problem is that those extremely rare (I think less than 14 coupes from 91-01, and 0 after 02) ... and Zanardis are super rare (only 50 made) .. either way, if you take your time, I am sure you can get it ,, there was a 01 for sale on nsxprime for a while, 40K miles, coupe, but prices are premium for those, expect premium prices for Na2's regardless the year.

yea, they are uber rare. Been looking for one for over a year now. I did find this one 99 NSX COUPE Kaiser Silver / Onyx (JH4NA213XXT000179) - NSX Prime I feel the price is a bit much given its carfax history of an accident. What do you feel the price should be at?

Hard to believe your car is 13 years old.

A beautiful and tastefully modded example of a timeless model.

    Thanks for sharing.

He has been trying to sell this car for a while now he wanted 47K now he wants 43K .... If I was with extra cash I would offer around 29-40K ... just b/c is a coupe, but I don't know, I'd rather wait a bit more ... there's a 02 for 52K on ebay, stunning looking with low miles, now, that's a deal!
