Like EPTXCarlover said, it general isn't a lump sum of money, it is spent over time. Also, from experience, when you start a project like this there isn't a set budget or cap on the amount one is going to spend on a project. The project only finishes when the owner hits that point where they are satisfied that they've hit their goals. Thus probably not even comparable to plopping down the cash on a 100+k in one shot.
They come with a 2JZ from the factory. Regardless if that is a swapped motor from a Supra or not.NSX - 80mm Turbo/built motor

Awesome. I want my IS300 to be like that. haha.
Though, honestly, if I had 100k to drop on/into a car right now, something tells me I'd probably get rid of the IS and get something more exotic.
Still, looks REALLY good, and is probably awesome to drive.
