    *Lauderdale/Miami Auction: $21,800 with 122,000miles SOLD
*Statesville, NC Auction: $25,400 with 83,000miles SOLD

*These are wholesale prices before dealer/retail markup.

See if he would take $21,000 cash. Quick deal in and out. Or maybe work between the two prices.. with those low miles you should be able to move it EASY and should make $$$... all it takes is 2 people that want the car to bid it up.
I'm an auto dealer out of Texas. JR3 is correct about the Manheim values. Retail on the car with that low of mileage, is in the upper $30K range. If one with 83K and one with 59K miles are bringing around $25K, my suggestion is buy it and buy it quick. With 7300 miles, the car is probably worth wholesale around $29-$31K. Besides, a car is only worth what the highest bidder is willing to pay. Lots of money to be made there.

Like you guys said, hopefully the delay just means he's cruising with the roof panels out.
