I am sure you can make money on this car even if you have to spend a little on it, the mileage is key. Just sell it once the weather is nicer.

dude... 7,300 miles on it. If you don't buy it i'm going to.
25k IS A STEAL for that car. They are selling for 25k with 125k miles on them.
The last "barnyard" NSX with i think 17,000 miles on it (its was a 91 blk/blk) went for like 38k on ebay.
HOWEVER - you'll need to do the timing chain almost certainly as a precaution... they get brittle over time and especially with no use. And if it snaps by by engine and they aren't cheap to replace.
That being said, parts are cheap, and a competent indy shop could do it for you without problems.
swap all the fluids, plugs, do the timing belt and you've got an awesome car that will last for 200k miles easily.

This car should sell for $35-40k with that kind of miles and assuming it's a "clean" car. Anything under 30k is a great deal. NSX's selling for 20-25k are all high mile cars and far from perfect(like any car with 100k+ miles). You should be able to clear 10k on this car easy if you buy/sold on Prime or Ebay. I wouldn't mod this car specifically due to the very low mileage, that would actually hurt the resale value..NSX - 80mm Turbo/built motor

You one lucky asshole if you buy it
you can alway make a huge profit on it or just keep it
you can pluck the motor and have it inspected
