I am hearing that the Floor mat recall was a cover-up from higher up in the big automaker. They always knew that there was a problem with the gas pedal/ignition push start cut-off mode/ Brake system.

Now i have a question? How much can you get? bluebook value? for a Toyota/Lexus these days to come? I would hate to be a toyota/ Lexus owner. Because when the smoke clears it wont be good!

I don't understand. the floor mat jams the pedal so the car accelerates. can't they put it into neutral?

edit: bah my parents 350 is now on the list.
