Default Looking to get new shoes on the Suby...Thoughts?

I have an '09 5 door is rally blue. I've kind of been going between the Rota Grids in Matte Bronze:

And the Rota DPT's in flat black:

Leaning toward the DPT's in black, but I think the matte bronze would look pretty sick with the blue. Looking to go with 18X9.5s....trying to get it as flush as possible! Thoughts?

Here are some Grids on my boys STI.

    18x 9.5" maybe a +30 or +35 offset would look sick.

I personally think you should get Works or Volks, Rota's are just so cheap.. but hey they look good. Just my 2 cents.

I was originally sold on the DPTs in black, and the more and more I see the grids, the more I like them. I have looked at the Volks and the Works. Both make some sick wheels.

I see a ton of Suby guys with Rota's, and I have never heard a bad thing. Are they known to be problematic?

Thanks for the pic, your boy's STI is sick!

I've never heard any problems with Rota's I just know they are the cheap alternative if you can't afford Works or Volks, I've hit some huge pot holes and random things on the freeway with my volks and they have been able to withstand everything without bending or any problems. Not sure if the Rota's would have held up to the abuse.

Interesting....Good to know. Appreciate it. I'll check out the Works and Volks more seriously than.

If you can afford anything better than rotas I would highly recommend it. I had a set of slip streams on my wagon and had nothing but problems with them. They're heavy and seem to bend with little effort. I ended up finding a set of stock sti bbs's that dropped a couple of pounds per corner and are indestructible. Just a though but I know you can't get that hella flush look with stock wheels.

Thanks for the words of wisdom! I starting to look elsewhere. The more I talk to people, the more I'm starting to hear the rotas are just like anything else....you get what you pay for.
