Great project. What tuning system will you be using? AccessPort? Or open source.
It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

Awesome build, I love the GC platform, IMO best looking Subaru to date.

Thanks for your comments guys. We were talking about setting the car up with Motec only because there is some Hungarian guy that is an expert Motec tuner and relatively close by (to them of course), but I've been trying to sell him on open source with a simple Tactrix cable (however I'm unsure if his current ECU is flashable, don't think so?).

Ain't it the truth haha! I think the clerk at the local post office knows more about the car than I do with all the parts I have sent over in the past month.

Mint VF39 turbo from a USDM STI is the temporary fun factor until we can get our hands on a proper EJ25 swap for the right price. Car does currently have a non-DCCD 6-speed.
