After discussing my problems with two transmission rebuilders, they both attributed a poor clutch adjustment to the problem. With that being the case, i not only adjusted the clutch, but i went a step further and replaced the trans and clutch fluid. I will hopefully have time today to test it and will report back with results.
Oh, i put 100 jets in the kit too. Giggity.1994 Supra

That could absolutely be the culprit. My buddy's Supra was experiencing some temperamental notchiness and it turned out the clutch was misaligned, TOB was wonky. Readjusted everything and it made a night and day difference. What trans fluid did you use?

Royal Purple Synchromax. Getrag fluid would have been nice, but too expensive for my blood at the moment.

Beautiful Supra Alex! I've seen you on the other forums before. Sorry to hear about the V160 problems.

Thank you.
Pretty sure the adjustment and new fluids did the trick. Was able to stick a no-lift 1-2 shift at 20psi or so with a 4-5% throttle variance (93-98%, respectively). Feels better than ever; the ultimate test comes on November 4th at the last track rental of the year.1994 Supra

Played with the clutch adjustment a little further, the pedal throw feels pretty mint and it lays down 50ft trails when no-lifting into 2nd on pump gas. Can't wait to try it on C16 again.

Heard of it, but I haven't done enough research to see the benefit to running it over C16. I'll convert the car to E85 come winter if I can sell my T-Type roller, buy another bike, and have enough left over for some Weldon goodies. Easier said than done.
