Did the white bnr34 got OEM internals?! It s huge horse power and big turbos for an engine without renforced engine. That s a weak point of RB26. Next year, here in Europe, we got an enormous BNR34 only from all around Europe meeting on the nurburbring. Of course it will be amazing if an owner come from US!

It sure is, and based upon how the car drives, I am pretty certain the bottom end is built as well. It is as fast as the parts would indicate and sounds absolutely brutal under full throttle.

That Tarzan ATTESA controller is awesome, I sent that link to my buddy so he can check it out and hopefully order one for his GT-R. I can't imagine the difference it makes on a car with big power.

from experience, building a KA is better than buying an SR. When I say "build", I mean internals and the whole lot. It's a better motor

Quote for truth. While the KAs were originally intended as low-revving light-truck motors, the extra displacement is really beneficial to off-boost torque. They are also generally much more reliable than SRs, and maintenance parts are much more readily available at any Nissan parts department.

SRs are cool, but I think a lot of their appeal is the "JDM" factor, otherwise they are finicky motors with temperamental rocker arms and ignitors. There are plenty of bottom end and valvetrain upgrades available for KAs these days, and they will make a lot more torque than an SR for a lot less money.
