    Default Laserdisc: Old School technology

So I just picked up an old school Laserdisc player.

    Two questions:
    1. Anyone else still into these?
    2. Anyone looking to get rid of some movies?

I just love the feel of the big plastic discs, the cover art, etc. Very nostalgic for me.

I still have a player made by Pioneer sitting on my shelf. Hooked up and everything.

My dad used it for Elvis karaoke lol.

Sorry no movies, just mostly music.

not a fan of LD since the 90's. big cumbersome disc, took forever to spin them up. optical drives will soon all die to be replaced by solid state and hard drives.

I have a grip of Vietnamese karaoke LDs by the crate. My prized possession is definitely the uncut Terminator 2 LD on two discs. Two! FFFUUUUUUU.
