Lightbulb -?- Online Original Art Suggestions -?-

    Hey guys,

My girlfriend recently picked up a new condo and has some big wall areas she wants to fill. She already bought one massive print, while nice looking, is lacking the authenticity of original artwork, for obvious reasons. For the price I figured we could maybe pick up nicer for the rest of her place.

To be honest I wouldn't be opposed to painted canvas reproductions of works as long as they weren't a frickin' classic.

She's very much into modern interiors and her art taste is all over the place.

Any good online places to look? I haven't even started but I figured someone on here could help steer me in the right direction.

    Thanks.

You can afford some originals. Pick her up a few from here, but don't tell her the story until they are on the wall: Pricasso

BTW, I found that here: http://www.regretsy.com/ See a few posts down. LOL!

    I'm not sure what she's looking for but here's a few -

postertext.com - they turn book text into art by using actual chapters. It's a little hard to explain, I'd say just check it out.

allposters.com - haven for posters. They also frame, do canvas printing, and such. Biggest selection of stuff online I've ever seen.

art.com - bit like allposters.com, but a little more "art."

greatbigcanvas.com - canvas works mostly. They can get pretty big as well.
