Speaking of life imitating art... Here's a couple more projects that have made it from drawing board to street/show floor...

The 2010 Amsoil/Street Rodder Road Tour Car, built by the incredibly talented Zane and his crew at Cotati Speed Shop:

...and the car (which saw wheel swaps through different legs of the tour, giving it a new look on each leg):

... a '52 Buick named "Resilience", built by my pal Tim at Strange Motion... the car scooped a ton of awards, including the Eldon Titus Memorial Design Award... it'll be in Long Beach later this month at the Motorama:

What software are you guys using to create the gradients, Illustrator or Photoshop?

All of the work above was Illustrator (starting with pencil sketches on paper).
