Looking for a specific graphic design website
Hopefully someone can help me out it, not finding it in my bookmark lists. The website is a freelance site. The customer creates a list of specifications, along with any existing graphics to be integrated into a logo/web page theme. The customer also sets a price and dead line.
Freelance graphic designers then take on the challange, and upload their best attempt. After the competition closes the customer chooses the design that best suits them and pays the designer. The designer then hands over the high res files.
What website is this? I tried searching google. Cant figure it out. Hopefully l4p can help out.
From memory.. The website is in a grid like format,

99designs was it. Thanks!
Has anyone used them before? I need to get a website going. Initially it needs an opt-in mailing list, along with a tailored wordpress theme. Once my product is ready to launch, it will need a shopping cart.
This probably belongs in the business section, although I'm a lurker, twenty posts in six months. Need to get that magical 100.

I know a lot of people that have used them but your results depend on your pay. Some people offer 200-300 for the design and get no response at all. You need to be able to offer 500-700 for the design.
Also know that they do not include dev. Its all graphics. So make sure you budget for that also.
Best
