Amazon.com: Area 51: An Uncensored History of America's Top Secret Military Base (9780316132947): Annie Jacobsen: Books

I thought it was a very intriguing look into technology development and the S we don't hear about for 50 years.

Read most of this over the weekend, so far it's very interesting/entertaining, highly recommended:

    Also started reading this:

I read a lot of F1 books, this is a decent one. My favorites so far are Flat Out and The Mechanic's Tale though.

If you want to know what progress has been made over the past 50 years, IE how a carbon monocoque's rigidity compares to aluminum spaceframe, differences in engines / fuel over the years and so-on... this is a good book.

Really interesting story on his life and his rise and fall. Pretty quick read. I would definitely recommend it.
