I had a redbull once and it tasted like piss. Besides that I've never had an energy drink in my life. No point in getting hooked on something that just does harm to your body.

It also has a full multivitamin, so you hit two birds with one stone. This is one of the only Energy Drinks that has been through clinical studies and done very well!!! The biggest thing I love about Verve is that it doesnt give you that crazy energy drink rush and crash, you just feel great and feel like you can take on anything. Highly recommended. Let me know if you want to order some or want more info... Great stuff!

HAHAHAHA @ the Verve plug. There was a "rally" sponsored by this "beverage" a few years ago. The participants who had already paid thousands to join the rally were subjected to a sales pitch before kick-off. It's a pyramid scheme, although they deny as such. Friends who were part of the rally described the drink as "furry" and pretty fvcking disgusting. Not to mention, it's carbonated AND requires you to shake it before you drink it...those two things really don't get along.

I'm curious to hear other members' input here.

I seldom drank energy drinks apart from Full Throttle Agave as a mixer with vodka, but since 2007 or 2008 started drinking Monster on occasion. Since 2009, I've been drinking Monster nearly every day and currently have between two and three Monsters every day. I don't feel bad not having any on a given day, but it has become a habit I don't necessarily despite; there's enough differentiation in their product line that rotating the flavors keep the 'experience' of sorts fresh.

I used to drink Red Bull/Monster out of necessity (on call 24/7), now I occasionally drink a Monster after lunch.

True story: had a troop who drank no less than 4 Mountain Dews/Monsters during his 12 hour shift (he never drank water). One morning I get a call at zero-dark-thirty from the Urgent Care Unit, old boy is there in excruciating pain trying to pass a stone. Incidentally, his Dr./Primary Care Provider was on shift and remembers telling him on several occasions to back off the soda/energy drinks and up his water intake.
