    haha, i didn't see this til now... gummo is just a masterpiece but it's certainly not for everyone. maybe it's b/c i grew up in a similar (but obviously not as crazy) environment but, despite its exploiting qualities, there's a tenderness for all of the characters. and i think the cinematography is second to none - love the style.
