Default Any pen lovers out there?

There has to be a few members on here that like nice (expensive) pens. I'm starting to learn wood turning from a friend of mine and I really like creating beautiful pens, here is the first of hopefully many pens that I'll create. I'll be going back soon to create a click pen and pencil that match this one.

The pen has black titanium and yellow gold for its exposed metals and the wood is black and white ebony, which I'm very partial to. Sorry about the low quality pics, I took them with my phone because I was feeling to lazy to take them with my camera.

A close up of the wood.

Almost the same for me, I could never allow myself to buy a pen like the blue one above. It costs just shy of $3K, I'd be scared to use it lol. For me, form follows function. So everything has to have some sense of sanity, even if it's only the slightest. A $3K pen for me is insane, because it would never be used. The pen I created is a lot more affordable. If I were to sell it, pens like mine go for around $100. I'm not sure if I'd say mine is worth a $100 bucks though.

    x2.

And I care more about the way it writes and how dark the ink is compared to what the pen itself looks like.
