Food, Inc. Ever watch it?
Sorry if this is a repost but I just watched Food, Inc. and was blown away by how disgusting our way of life as become.
If you haven't seen this documentary yet, I highly recommend watching it.... It will change your life.

Was a great film. Would have been better if I wasn't so disturbed after watching it. The conditions and treatment some of those animals indure is pathetic. Ya, we eat them but they deserve better imo.

Thing that scared me the most was the privatization of soybeans and our crops by corporations. I don't like that a company owns the rights to my food supply.

It's sad stuff and pathetic that the government allows it.
Shouldn't be that way, that farmer in, I think Virginia, hit the nail on the head. He has no desire to be any bigger than his operation, he just wants to deliver the best product naturally.“Formal education will make you a living. Self education will make you a fortune.”

In the next 10 years I hope to be fully self sufficient including food off my own property. We are WAY to dependent these days, and many old world skills are lost.
