If this were true why wouldn't they write him off by having him accept the studio head position instead of him opting to remain an agent?

A bunch of gas powered italian, german, japanese, and american things with four wheels. On order is a bunch of the same, and previously I had a bunch of the same. Oh and I fly, tool around on boats, and have been known to ride motorcycles.

^ Bs! That was posted in February of 2007, right before they started shooting season 5. Piven was obviously on the cast of seasson 5, and therefore that article = informational fail.
