The Big Payback by Dan Charnas. It is one of the best books I have ever read. It is about al of the major hip-hop companies and how all of them got to where they are at now. The most interesting part of the book is when describe the relentless grind p.diddy went though while he was a young intern at uptown records. The book doesn't glorify the material things these entertainers have been able to buy because of their success, it only talks about the grind.

Also, Losing my virginity by Richard Branson. About his grind of starting virgin records and the many challenges he faced as a young entrepreneur. 5 out of 5.

"Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude" by Jeffrey Gitomer.
I need to pick up a copy of The 4 Hour Work Week. I've heard good things about that one.
