    they keep promoting this movie on howard stern...

    Just checked it out last night and thought it was very well done. Definitely an interesting study of identity and morality under extreme circumstances. And there are some very graphic scenes.

    Dialogue is mostly French (Cosican, Arabic) so be prepared for subtitles.

    Saw a preview for this and am definitely interested. Looked reminiscent of City of God...I remember being blown away by that movie when I saw it in theaters.

    I saw this at the theater when it first came out. It premiered on cable tv today. This is good cinema.

    I talked to a guy who was locked up and he said it's very realistic in the way how things are run in there. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it.
