I actually like the movies to be honest. I do hate ricers and the movies themselves are full of fake shit, but I don't mind it.

Craiglieberman, thanks for the insider info. Its always refreshing to hear from people who actually know what they are talking about.

yeah, no way do i own it on dvd, watch individual scenes constantly, and wait till the next movie. cmon car people, they were fun movies

I liked 1,2, and 4..3 not so much

They werent great movies but I enjoyed them. I dont know why people get so worked up over a MOVIE, its fiction people just enjoy them.

These movies are a big reason the people who actually street race (ex. cars built to do the 1/4 mile, at 3am, on either deserted industrial roads or out in the stix where noone else is at risk but party's involved, not in the middle of a town blocking off roads with pedestrians everywhere) are getting arrested and having our cars crushed and getting felonie tickets. All because stupid ass kids in their civics and rice mobiles go see these movies and leeve the theatre thinking they can do what they jsut saw, and end up losing control and killing themselves and others.
Now I'm not saying illegal street racing is ok or I would tell anyone to go do it, it is an illegal activity and when caught you should be punished by law, but the laws for street racing have jumped so significantly since these movies came out and every idiot decided he was gonna be a street racer is just insane!

on a side not I will go see this new movie because if nothing else it is entertaining and fun to point out the insane exagerations and mistakes the movies contain lol....and I apologize....end rant

True but three was the worse one, goes back to having a good script.
