Jiro Dreams Of Sushi
A must see for foodies and those that appreciate sushi. More than that, a lot can be learned about life from Mr. Ono.
It's on Netflix and should be on Amazon too.
"This documentary profiles sushi chef Jiro Ono, an 85-year-old master whose 10-seat, $300-a-plate restaurant is legendary among Tokyo foodies."
Every road is a playground.

The price is a little higher at current exchange rates, almost $400 I think.
Debating whether or not the meal will be worth the potential poor treatment/rushed experience when I go in October.

I've had the luxury of dining at several nice 'fish' restaurants in Japan. In my opinion, once you get to a certain level/quality the fish is all the same, only the presentation differs.
