    Beautiful House Congrats, There is just to minor suggestions or idea
    1. I think it would be nice to cover some surfacess in stone, what ever works for you but the combination of old bricks or any kind of rocks around the garage area and maybe even on the fire place,

    2. Depending on if the neighborhood allows I would love to see a metal front door with glass that has the same accents and metal work lets say with a balcony rail or some thing like that.

    none the less a beautiful house congrats.

    i personally think your current house is the perfect South FL vibe. the new plans just look cookie-cutter to me.

    good points...but the front doors and garage doors will be all mahogany.

    the style is british west indies (bahamas/bermuda) style...
