    Id much rather rock this for 3.6 than some of the cali and malibu locations for 20+ million.

    Isn't this the same place that was available for rent? If it comes furnished could be worth it. Another thing one would need to know is what additional costs were, an HOA fee, are utilities included, I suspect valet parking is available at all times is it for guests also. lots of fun interesting things. and not that bad considering if it is the same one I am thinking of that used to be for rent it ran 20k or more per night.

    you'd think for 3.6 mil the TVs would be bigger....
