    I love the theater and bedroom, The furnishings in the rest of the house are too strange for my taste.

    but that view IS PRICELESS!

    This is fantastic. Love the use of color versus those other moderns that look like operating rooms. Love the green counters and accents throughout.

    How big is it? How much land? What's the area like? I'm curious what $10mill buys in LA versus here in Austin. For comparisons sake, my neighbor's house is for sale for $11mill and is 9.6k sqft on 1.2 acres.
