Construction was completed this year. Has been on the market for a few months now and I forsee it staying on the market for a while. Nice property, but definitely a party pad; there are better deals on the street and within the neighborhood.

Vegas real estate market is toilet paper. Houses go from $10m then reduced to $6m. This pad already has dropped half million.

Indeed the market has gone to shit; the ridges is one of the few neighborhoods worth living in out here anymore.
