    Here's a couple more listings:

    53 PAINTED FEATHER Way, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1132226

    4 SABLE RIDGE Ct, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1092999

    91 HAWK RIDGE Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1074501

On another note, the designer who did this house is Mark Tracy. I almost had him doing my pad, but ultimately passed. His site is Chemical Spaces - Mark Tracy's Residential and Commerical Design in Las Vegas , very talented guy.
Ridges is the only place to live in Vegas. The homes you listed I've looked at before and I call them lost modern. Their all mixed up and not sure who they are. Thanks for the link on Mark Tracy.

My favorite of the ones I've listed would be the middle one (4 Sable). I can see why it's under contract. Bing.com map it and look at the size of the place; that property is huge.

Personally I like Vegas "modern". Reminds me of the M Resort or Red Rock Casino and mixes the elements of glass, metal, rock, sharp edges. etc. I like it, but perhaps moreso because living in LA most of the time, I'm not really exposed to that type of design.

If things go well, I hope to be looking for a 2nd place out in Vegas within a couple of years. The Ridges will definitely be in consideration.

Charles, how was the quality of construction of the homes that you've toured in The Ridges?

I love how the 3rd house, which is the cheapest, is the most stunning. Well worth the $4M asking price IMO.
