    Good question. I was wondering the same. To me it looks like its just beyond the Monaco border. Which probably means it cost about 150 million rather than 700 million, which it would cost if it was on Monaco soil.

    typically houses are on french grounds. Most of monaco is apartments

    If it's in Monaco that's a couple hundred million for sure. But it looks like too much space so I vote it's a french address which probably nets you a nice hundred million discount.

    France is right.
    The Monte Carlo Country Club incl. all the Tennis fields is in France.
