I want to build this house
Does any one know who the architect is that designed this home? I have called and written the listing agent several times and have had no luck getting any information. Thanks

I don't know who the architect is.
But, if that's the style you really want, you can look for any qualified architect that specializes in residential, and they can come up with a layout and similar look that fits your property. I don't know either. Some things I like about it, some things I'm not so crazy about. Overall nice design though. With those pics it would be fairly easy to imitate they style and provide a design that suites your needs.

I just really love the style the layout and the openness. I love areas of a house that will completely open up to the outdoors but here in Texas we have had 31 straight days of above 100 degree weather so I may need to rethink it. it would make those 20 days a year that we get in the mid 80's perfect.

Thats a nice price. That house in Socali would be like 30million or more. Kinda like this one.

I think a full time gardener/cleaner on hand would possibly be needed to keep up. Beautiful place.
