Default going to be building a new house...what architecture do you favor? 1 or 2

wifey and i are ready to move to another neighborhood, we're older, and have a baby on the way (7 days and counting).

already met with architect, (Stofft Architects) and began site planning and knocked out a 4 br 4 bath plan with guest house in about 45 minutes. my architect is a genius, but at the same time i knew exactly what i wanted.

the only thing we're debating (wife and i) is architectural elevation/theme

style one is a bermuda style home, very classic.

style two is more traditional, yet has an islandy feel.

so, style 1 or 2. (1: white 2: green)? any feedback much appreciated.

i'd go style 1.

from my time in s fl, although limited, it seems that i see many more houses similar in style to 2. the columns do set it apart somewhat.

1 looks timeless to me.

Style 1, just for the fanned front steps and entrance, but I like them both.

I like style 1 personally because I am not much of a column guy.

I like style 1. The archway is really cool as well as the fanned out steps leading to the front door.
