    Default House near Phuket, Thailand

This spectacular villa is a sprawling 65,000-square-foot house near Phuket, Thailand. Its owner is Eric Levine, founder of the California WOW Experience gym chain in Asia. Mr. Levine and his girlfriend, Varaluck Vanichkul, who is called Joy, live in Bangkok and use the villa for weekends and vacations.

Yup, that'll do. I wonder how much real estate in a place like Thailand goes for in comparison to somewhere stateside?

I mean that's a hella nice house but is it drastically discounted compared to our prices here (like everything else in Thailand - 5 star hotels for 50 bucks a night, etc.)

This was featured on "Million Dollar Rooms" on HGTV last night. Pretty impressive set up.

The owners only use it on weekends and vacations? I can keep the house occupied the rest of the week for free :-)

Phuket has some nice resorts. I stayed at Bayan Tree a few years ago. Awesome hospitality.

The architecture for this home is a weird fusion mix. Not really a big fan of it. The interior is nice. Some of the more interesting architecture include the Four Seasons in Bali. Much more elegant fusion style IMO.
