    That's the thing with ultra high end properties, there isnt a lot "market" for them and that reflects in the big price swings. That market consists mostly of ultra wealthy people having a look and saying yay or nay to $50m or $100 mil, to them it doesnt make that much of a difference and it isnt a strict value proposition. In the end you have to get lucky and catch the eye of the right billionaire. The longer it sits the more it will fall until such time as it comes into the traditional market of the "wealthy" instead of ultra wealthy.

    One of my fav homes ever. But I would get freaked out if I owned it about what/who is using it when I wasn't there.

    That home is absolutely amazing. I love the spiral stair case and that theater room is one of the best I've ever seen.
