Largest Home in Canada - For Sale
Pick it up while its cheap! 65,000 square feet of fixer uppper, $25 million price tag.

That makes it as big as the White House, which is about 55,000 sq. ft., and 24 Sussex Dr., home to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, which is approximately 11,000 sq. ft., put together.
The house is far from finished. There's no flooring, no finished bathrooms and few wall coverings.
The house sits on 40 acres along the shores of Lake Temiskaming, (aka the middle of nowhere) and it's about the same size as Bill Gates's property near Seattle.
The property was once the dream project of Peter Grant, a forest products titan from nearby Englehart. He planned to use the building as a residence and corporate office for his family-owned business, Grant Forest Products Inc.

Looks like an interesting house. Way too big and unfinished for my likes though haha. Although the area/ view looks nice. Looks like a nice relaxing place to live.

It appears so... Housing market killed the biz.
It's a really industrial look to me, not feeling the brick. But apparently he wanted to run offices out of it as well, which makes sense seeing as there will be likely 40, 000sqft that he will never see in this lifetime. lol."Whatever you're thinking, think bigger." - Tony Hsieh

It would take at "least" another 50 million to completely to finish the property...
When in doubt.....go flat out.
