Hello everyone, just thought I share some photos of my last project.
This is a good example of what you can do with a typical NYC apt of Approx 500 sqf by utilizing every inch of space while keeping everything clean and simple. Looks good! Nice work. I was at a similar place a few times for some after parties. It was a tower down near the lower west side. The floor is what reminded me. I hate parquet type floors lol. But nice work man looks good.

Thanks man, I am with you on the typical light color parquet floors, but in this project we were able to sand it and restain it in a dark walnut which made a dramtic change to how they look and saved the client big bucks.

+1 on the parquet I'm not a fan. But the rest looks great - great color choice in the kitchen.
