+1 I'd love to pass the info onto my folks, maybe they might be interested.

I am waiting on a reply from our project manager as far as the exact price of the Model Homes.

but i can give you guys a rough estimate if you were to buy the property and have your house built on it

*remember we dont have to sell a complete house, we can just sell you the property and you can get your own architect to build your house for you, as long as you follow our CC&R*

Land value (off the golf course) ~$95K
Land Value (on the golf course or water features) ~$150K
Cost to build a home per square feet $90-$150 (estimated)
Minimum square footage off the golf course 1800sqft.
Minimum square footage on the golf course or water features 2200sqft.

*all of our land properties come complete with: grading and compacting, fully subdivided, sewage, fiber optic communication, water, electricity etc.*

So lets say you want a house off the golf course about 1800sqft. with a moderate amount of upgrades, roughly the price would be = ~$300K

Golf Course was designed by Ted Robinson (one of his last projects before he passed away)
