Need your help. This is my house and I need your opinion.
Hi there you guys. I have decided to make my house more modern. The house is 25 years old and my old man built it. It is in a Luxury neigbourhood but very old one. I have this photo and I was wondering if you could help me get to a conclusion using maybe PS.
All opinions wanted.

Where is that located? Looks great from the outside! Some updated landscapping and new Garage Doors would do wonders... Any interior shots?

+1 I think a color change, some natural wood or glass garage doors and landscaping and your back int he game. Nice structure, I like the lines.

Agreed. Do something with the color, fix any cracks etc in the facade, maybe redo your driveway with stamped concrete, some nice landscaping, wood accents perhaps on the exterior, possibly replace your windows with some energy efficient aluminum windows and get this garage door:

Definitely lose the asphalt driveway, that's killing it. Lot of concrete in that structure, you need some organic materials to give some life to the outside.
I agree with a nice dark wood garage door and maybe paint the planters a contrasting color to the main structure.
IMO, you're losing a lot with all the unfinished edges around the grass etc. This house had a lot of hard lines so it really makes any sections that aren't clean edges look sloppy.
Stamped/colored concrete would be nice, but personally I'd do patterned pavers with some type of inset design to compliment the house.

Oh this just came to mind, I'm not sure what type of night display you have, but some strategically placed low voltage lights in the planters could really make that place pop.
If you want to really kill the landscaping, LA's generally recommend to budget 10% of the homes value minimum, excluding the driveway, garage etc. That's just landscaping and plants.
But it will be FTMFW when you're done.

Pretty cool pad! I think the design has aged fairly gracefully.
I'm a big curb appeal guy, so here are a few thoughts:
- The landscaping could use some significant freshening and color.
- New garage doors would help. I wonder if some kind of stainless-look could be pulled-off with the look of this place? Or maybe sectional roll-up with a clean design in a less contrasting finish?
- Driveway and sidewalk could use serious help. I agree, stamped & stained concrete or maybe some pavers would work here. I wouldn't go too crazy with the pattern as the vertical lines of the house siding are already fairly busy.
I would reduce the width of the driveway a little and put a strip of grass or plants along the house side to reduce the expanse of driveway. I'd also reduce the front walkway width and do a similar grass or planting treatment along either side to reduce the 'parking lot' look in this region.
A cool wave design or circular pattern in the stamping and/or at the edges might soften the square lines of the house.
- Change the color of the house. At first I thought a warmish tan or something, but I'm now thinking more of a taupe-grey might work.
- Hide the trailer
- New interior window coverings would help since they are so visible.
They might be able to stay for contrast if the house was a different color, but as-is they look very stark.
Wish I had photoshop skills, can't help there!beLOW
