The first one could be greatly improved. I liked the interior design but the exterior is lacking.
It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

IMO, they've gotten weird just for the sake of being weird. They come up with crazy designs then justify them with vague functional elements.
That said, I don't think that form always needs to follow function, but being nuts for the sake of being nuts is no good today.

Very cool concepts... although the first reminds of a decaying building.

That balcony is ridiculous. Love it. I'll post some of the things I've been sketching recently for my architecture class, my main project would flow with these buildings well.

Architecture over there has been cutting edge and controversial for yrs. This complex in valencia is one of my fav spots...consequently its booked for a yr in advance for photoshoots by all sorts of companies and OEM car makers
I dont recall the name of the designer these days but he was one of my favorites that I followed at the time when I was last there 8yrs ago when finishing college got in the way of int'l travel lol
