Express > H&M in quality but H&M is cheaper. I prefer H&M but once in a while I don't mind stopping by Express to see what's new and affordable

That looks like Rugby Ralph Lauren, I have a few long-sleeved polos from them. You can put your own custom badging, lettering, logos etc etc.
