I've got a few sweaters that are covered in pills and I was recently told about sweater combs and stones that will make the sweaters essentially new. What's everybody's experience with them? I don't want to ruin the sweater trying to depill it but picking them off and using tap/lint roller takes too long and still leaves the sweater looking halfway decent at best. Will sweater stones make holes in cashmere/fine merino wool sweaters? Is there a particular technique to it?
